The DGS Robot Palletizer Boxes system removes a preformed layer of boxes from a pick position and places the boxes on a pallet. The pallet is built up in a ring wrapper that wraps the pallet after palletizing.

The DGS Format Layer (DGS-FOL) is usually used for forming boxes.

The boxes are hoisted using a special tool with suction cups.

Various box and pallet sizes are possible.
