Efficient meat loading with DGS systems

DGS offers various logistical solutions for loading beef, sheep, veal, and pork within the expedition of slaughterhouses. Our systems are designed to streamline the transportation of meat to other locations efficiently. Loadings can take various forms, such as hanging loadings or loading onto pallets, in crates, boxes, or dolavs.

DGS’s loading systems have an average processing capacity between 500 and 700 products (hanging) per hour and utilize driving mechanisms such as telescopic tubes, distribution switches, and manipulators (loading arms) hydraulically driven. Additionally, we offer 3- and 5-position loading stations, as well as special fast loading systems with multiple hanging rails for quick loading or unloading. These fast loading systems can be partially further automated for a more efficient process.

Tracking and registration

Thanks to integrated scales, products can be accurately weighed and recorded, improving traceability and quality control. With our Twaka registration system, slaughterhouses can easily manage and record product data within the expedition.

    Hanging Loading Systems

Various methods are possible with hanging loading, allowing both loading and unloading of trucks.

Hanging loading with a telescopic tube: This tube forms the connection between the hanging work in the expedition and the truck, enabling efficient transfer of meat parts.

Hanging loading with a multiple loading station: This typically consists of a distribution switch connected to 3 or 5 telescopic tubes. This allows multiple loadings to be performed simultaneously, increasing productivity.

Manipulator (loading arm) loading: With this method, the meat is lifted from the hook in the expedition using a hydraulic arm. This arm is hinged and height-adjustable via a hydraulic cylinder. The meat can then be loaded onto the truck, either on a fixed truck hook or on a loose meat hook on a rail system.
